7:30pm-9:00pm PST
In Person ONLY at RA MA Los Angeles

Join us for a collective moment to commune, release, heal, and activate together. Utilizing a mixed-modality approach that includes sound, laying of hands, ritual, body awareness, somatic practices, and movement, Onyi holds space for attendees to experience activation, breakthrough and integration across the spectrum of their bodies.
Whether you are just beginning your healing journey, are in a stage of ongoing exploration, or have reached a plateau, you are invited to contribute to and harness the energy generated within this experience to catapult you into the next phase of your metamorphosis.

Preparation/Instructions (suggestions for optimal experience)
Set intention: Meditate on/ask your bodies what you are ready to heal/breakthrough.
Food/drink: Stay hydrated and eat well for yourself–whatever that looks like for you and your body. If you are able, level up your diet up in some way.
Bring the following:
Water to drink
A small-medium empty bottle/container that can hold water (with a lid)
Journal/notepad
Something connected to one or more women in your ancestry with whom you have a deep connection. Examples: a photo or drawing, a name written on paper, cloth/article of clothing they owned, piece of jewelry, etc.
Attire: Wear clothing you can move/be moved in and don’t mind getting a little wet if water is incorporated. Light colored–and if possible white clothing–is encouraged.
