Supporting those who heal, lead, create for, and inspire the collective.

HEAL the HEALERS

An initiative born of compassion and lived experience. It is a commitment to care for the caregivers, tend to the tenders, and offer nourishment to those who have long poured into others.

We are living through unprecedented times. Those who have long served the collective—from healers and creatives to leaders—are being called upon more than ever. And yet, they too are navigating uncertainty, isolation, grief, and transformation.

Our Mission

To provide those who serve the collective with powerful opportunities, experiences, and resources to attend to their own healing.

What We Offer

  • Group Healing Experiences (in-person & virtual)

  • Professional and Industry-Specific Conversations

  • Advocacy & Education

  • Collaborative Events with Aligned Sponsors and Organizations

Journey through our HEAL the HEALERS experiences

Why These Three Categories?

Because they are:

  • Deeply impacted by the times we’re in

  • Constantly called to show up for others

  • Often neglected in their own healing journeys

Felicia “Onyi” Richards, the Founder and CEO, walks among these paths—as a healing practitioner, an artist, and a leader. This initiative is born from firsthand understanding of what it means to be in service, and the toll it can take without care and community.

Why Now?

We are still emerging from a global pandemic—a collective trauma that has not been fully processed. And when the reckoning comes, it will be these individuals we turn to for solace, guidance, and support.

HEAL the HEALERS exists to support them—so they can continue supporting us, from a place of wholeness, not depletion.

Our Philosophy on Healing

We use the word “healer” with reverence and awareness.

  • Loosely, because healing is a self-directed process. No one heals you—you heal yourself through reflection, resonance, and relationship.

  • Intentionally, because many in these professions are natural conduits for transformation. Their presence, choices, and energy catalyze healing for others—whether through spiritual, social, physical, or creative means.

Let us nourish those who nourish us.

Hold • Educate • Activate • Love
